Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Suspense Helper (the "Service"), provided by Secwiz Infotech LLP, LLPIN ACP-1791, S. S. No. 8997/3, Near Marathe Mil, Ichalkaranji, Tal. Hatkanangle, Dist. Kolhapur, Maharashtra 416115, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Suspense Helper is software that helps Chartered Accountants and their staff identify and explain bank entries in their clients' books. It includes a desktop app for the practice and a free phone app for clients.
2. A helper, not professional advice
The Service suggests ledger heads and collects answers from clients. It does not give accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for reviewing every entry, for the final books of account and for any return or report you file.
3. Accounts
- You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login and devices secure.
- You are responsible for the people you add as staff or clients and for what they do in the Service.
- Because your data is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot recover it if you lose all your devices and your recovery key.
4. Plans, fees and GST
- Prices are listed on our pricing page in Indian Rupees and exclude GST, which is charged at the applicable rate.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. If you choose automatic renewal, your plan renews at the end of each period until you cancel.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of your plan. Founding prices stay as promised for their stated period.
- If a payment fails, we may pause paid features after 7 days' notice. Your data is not deleted because of a failed payment.
5. Your data
You and your clients own your data. We only process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have the right to upload the bank statements and client details you use in the Service.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including by trying to break its security, reverse engineer it, resell it without our written permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may improve or change features; if we remove a major feature you pay for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused period.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or penalties arising from entries you approved.
9. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after notice where reasonably possible. You can export your data before your account closes.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
